Crisis and Trauma counseling

At the clinic we offer counseling to people who have suffered a traumatic incident. Trauma comes in all shapes and sizes; events such as divorce, job loss, death, mugging, armed robbery, rape, car accident, illness, failing an exam, losing your car or house

Relationship evaluation session

At the clinic, we offer counseling to parties of a relationship in an effort to recognize and to better manage or reconcile troublesome differences and repeating patterns of distress. The relationship involved may be between members of a family or a couple, employees or employers in a workplace, or between a professional and a client.

Stress Management session

At the clinic, we help you identify the sources of stress in your life and assist you to develop appropriate strategies on how to manage stress.
